Only returns and refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no returns or refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because our products are customized products, manufactured according to each customer's request, we do not offer refunds. We provide a detailed description and specific instructions on how to measure and choose the right size. Please check the size of the product and other variations, before ordering the product. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for incorrect sizes.
We only make returns and refunds for products that don’t correspond to the description, wrong products, defective or damaged products. Check the product once you have received it. In case of damages, defects, or incorrect product, please contact us via email, we need you to attach photos of the product.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
We will need to know your order number.
Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely. If the product arrives deformed or defective back to us, no refund will be made. Except in the case where the buyer has received a defective product in the first place.
Tal Noy Photography reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not fulfill our Return Policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit. It is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email, with at least 3 attached photos of the product damage or defect.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund may take up to 14 days to process. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method - PayPal / Credit Card.
