This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Tal Noy Photography is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. The prints are sent inside a tube to ensure the perfect condition of the product during shipping.
Tal Noy Photography orders are shipped and delivered on business days:
Israel: (Sunday – Thursday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
International: (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
For security reasons, Tal Noy Photography will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Shipping costs will be according to the type of shipping chosen by the customer (premium and standard shipping) and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Because our products are created according to each customer's specifications, orders will be shipped within one (1) week after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
Because our products are customized and created according to each customer's selection, the products are printed once the order is placed.
Premium Shipping (more security and less delivery time): 3-5 business days
Standard Shipping: 12-15 business days.
Tal Noy Photography provides the tracking numbers, up to one (1) week after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you. We do not accept claims for payment or non-payment of import taxes by the buyer.
In the case of multiple items, we will do our best to send them in one shipment. If the buyer makes another purchase after placing an order, we will try to ship the items in the same shipment.
Please note that orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email. We do not guarantee that when you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped in one shipment.
Tal Noy Photography is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Tal Noy Photography is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs. Usually, local postal services can try to make delivery a few times, before returning the item; we have no control over the postal service's return policy if delivery fails.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Tal Noy Photography will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Tal Noy Photography recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Tal Noy Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Tal Noy Photography makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
